Boiler Service Plan Terms
Boiler care 1: £8 a month
Natural Gas Boilers up to 70KW
Safety Inspection and Certification (CP12) up to 3 appliances per property
Annual Service
Plan includes basic annual service:
Flue Gas Analysis
Internal Component Checks undertaken that state manufacturers instructions (MI’s): Expansion Vessel, Electrical Connections, Fan, Condensate Trap
Filter Clean (if fitted)
Gas pressure test
Plan excludes:
Parts such as seals, ignition probes
Repairs to the boiler or heating system
Removing sludge or scale
Chemical dosing
Boiler care 2:£13 a month
All Natural Gas Boilers up to 70KW
Safety Inspection and Certification (CP12) up to 3 appliances per property
Annual Service
Repairs for boilers as long as they are not beyond economical repair
Unlimited parts up to £250 per boiler per annum
Plan includes basic annual service:
Repairing boiler, boiler parts or heating controls where repairable
Fitting (but not supplying) any heating controls (e.g. Hive thermostat)
Plan excludes:
Domestic boilers over 70Kw in size or over 16 years old.
Supplying new heating controls if required
Repairing the boiler (or supplying a new boiler) if the required spare parts are not available or the boiler is beyond economic repairs
Repairs to the heating system (e.g. radiators, TRV’s)
Removing sludge or scale
Chemical dosing
*Unlimited parts up to £250 per boiler per annum
Boiler care plus: £18 a month

Proof of Boiler being Installed
System Plus can be added to Boiler Care 2 only
